Jasmyn joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2026 as a Project Co-ordinator in the Social Impact practice, supporting executive search assignments for organisations working across the charity, not-for-profit and wider social impact sectors.
Before joining the firm, Jasmyn worked as an Executive Assistant in financial services, where she also supported the ESG team on its mental health strategy. Alongside her professional career, she has volunteered as a mentor for a restorative justice charity and with a homeless charity. These experiences have strengthened her interest in mental health, social justice and the role that compassionate, thoughtful leadership can play in creating positive change.
Jasmyn holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology with Counselling from The Open University. She is also an actress, bringing a creative perspective and a longstanding interest in storytelling and human experience to her work.
