Jonathan Whymark Occupational Psychologist
Jonathan is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, working as part of our Leadership Services team. He specialises in providing practical, evidence-based human insight into how people approach work and leadership. Jonathan’s work focuses on helping organisations understand what truly drives performance, engagement, and sustainable leadership effectiveness.
In his role, he works closely with leaders and teams to explore behaviour, motivation, and impact – ensuring insight translates into meaningful action. He contributes actively to the firm’s collaborative, people-centred culture through his client work.
Outside of work, Jonathan is an active member of the Smart Phone Free Childhood group at his daughter’s school, reflecting his wider interest in wellbeing, development, and healthy boundaries in a digital world.He also manages a small holding of just under 4 acres which he is in the process of re-wilding, planting a new orchard and growing vegetables.
