Kirsten is Head of Operations and has been a key part of the organisation for over 13 years. During that time, she’s built up a strong understanding of how everything fits together and plays a central role in keeping things running smoothly.
She oversees all the main operational areas, including premises, IT, and facilities, making sure the day-to-day side of the business is well supported. Alongside this, Kirsten also leads on thinking about the bigger picture, particularly when it comes to innovation and how technology can improve the way we work.
