Louis joined Saxton Bampfylde as a Researcher in 2026, after studying History and German at Durham University. He enjoys applying the analytical and research skills he developed during his degree, and works across a broad range of assignments, supporting the identification and placement of senior leadership talent.
Louis is motivated by the chance to make a real difference through his work, particularly when it comes to shaping leadership in organisations. He’s especially interested in roles that bring together commercial focus and social impact. Before joining the firm, he worked in a refugee shelter with the German Red Cross and taught English in a secondary school during his year abroad, both of which reinforced his interest in people-focused work.
