Louise McCarthy Project Co-ordinator
Louise is a Project Coordinator and Team Leader at Saxton Bampfylde, where she has worked since 2021. She partners with colleagues across Social Impact and Schools, leading the delivery of search assignments with care, precision and pace.
Alongside her PCT responsibilities, Louise was recently promoted to a Team Leader. She brings a calm, organised approach to complex projects, overseeing assignments from briefing through to completion and ensuring clients and candidates experience a process that is thoughtful, well managed and responsive. She also supports and develops colleagues within the team, fostering collaboration and consistently high standards.
Before joining the firm, Louise built her career in the education sector as Head of Executive Support and Timetabling at a three site Sixth Form College in London. Working closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment shaped her belief that strong systems, clear communication and attention to detail underpin successful outcomes.
She is particularly drawn to purpose led organisations and values contributing to work that creates meaningful social impact.
