Rachel Brown Researcher

Rachel is a Researcher at Saxton Bampfylde, working across each of the firm’s practice areas.

Rachel enjoys getting beneath the surface of organisations and understanding the backgrounds, experiences, and motivations of different leaders. She brings curiosity, diligence, and a strong eye for detail to her work, supporting clients to identify outstanding candidates.

She graduated from University College London in 2025 with a degree in History, with her dissertation being on the role of Parliament during the British Civil War. History is a subject she has enjoyed since school, and which first sparked her interest in research.

During her studies, Rachel volunteered as a grant researcher for a charity that grants wishes for children living with chronic illnesses. She researched funding opportunities and charitable trusts, helping to support the charity’s fundraising activity.
