Ruby Pullen Project Co-ordinator
Ruby Pullen is a Project Coordinator at Saxton Bampfylde. She manages psychometric assessment projects from proposal through to final report. She works closely with the firm’s psychologists to make sure clients and candidates have a clear, well-run experience at every stage.
Ruby joined the firm in 2026 after moving to London from New Zealand. Before that she worked across the NZ public sector, including at the Ministry of Transport and ACC. She also worked at ThinkPlace, a strategic design consultancy in Wellington, where she contributed research to a Reserve Bank of New Zealand report on financial inclusion.
She holds a BA in Design for Social Innovation from Victoria University of Wellington, where she received the Springload Award for Excellence in Design Innovation.
