Sam Phillips Co-Head of Research
Sam joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2024 and co-leads the Research Team. She has contributed to more than 80 executive and non-executive searches across a broad range of sectors.
Her background began in publishing, having spent several years editing the trade magazine and running the conference for the European brand licensing industry, and has more recently worked as an independent researcher on books. Sam is a Trustee of Salisbury Area Young Musicians. She read History of Art at Cambridge.
