Sarah Thomas Head of People
Sarah leads our people function, working closely with the Board to shape and drive the firm’s people strategy. She brings two decades of experience as an HR generalist across professional services, hospitality, export and charity sectors, and is fluent in French, having worked commercially across the UK and France in both languages throughout her career.
Her expertise spans the full HR lifecycle, from talent attraction through to exit, with a particularly strong track record in recruitment and team leadership. It’s this breadth, across SMEs, across sectors, across cultures, that gives Sarah a grounded, human understanding of what people genuinely need to do their best work. She sits on the firm’s DEI Committee and has been part of Saxton Bampfylde since 2014.
Outside the firm, Sarah is a school governor. She holds a degree in Psychology and French from the University of Wales Swansea.
