Sian joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2010 as a Researcher, during which time she has served as Team Leader and our Health Practice Group Secretary. Drawing on her wealth of experience in private, public and not for profit organisations, Sian combines a curiosity, commitment and creativity to identify exceptional candidates.
Sian previously worked in a variety of advertising roles for The Times & Sunday Times Newspapers, as Group Head and latterly, as one of a pioneering team of three that brought ‘Fashion’ to the broad sheet press. Having moved to Wiltshire and following a short career break to raise her children, Sian joined the NHS, coordinating the Diabetic Retinal Screening programme for two Primary Care Trusts. Sian served as Trustee on the Rockbourne Fair Committee, helping to raise funds for the MRI Scanner Stars Appeal for Salisbury District Hospital.
