Thea joined Saxton Bampfylde in March 2026 as a researcher, based in the Edinburgh office. She enjoys bringing an understanding of many different industries from her own experience into different searches, and the privilege of speaking to interesting and accomplished people every day.
Thea’s previous experience has centered around event and project management, working in charities, churches, the Civil Service and auction houses. Her career began in art and fashion following a master’s degree in fashion history at New York University.
Thea is a core team member at Connect Leith, part of the charity Junction 42 which build community with people who have experience of prison or recovery.
