Saxton Bampfylde was founded in 1986 by Stephen Bampfylde and Anthony Saxton, on a belief that executive search could be done differently: with integrity, with care, and with a genuine sense of purpose.
From the beginning, the mission has been to change the world by changing leaders in interesting and important organisations, and to build a place where everyone within it could grow to their fullest extent. Four decades on, it still describes what we are trying to do.
That sense of purpose is what draws people to Saxton Bampfylde, and what keeps them here. We have built an environment where curious, committed people can do their best work, staying close to clients and to the issues that matter, while supported by a culture that values both quality outcomes and each other.
