Bianca de Santis Researcher

Bianca is a Specialist Researcher in our Arts and Culture practice, where she particularly enjoys supporting work across the heritage and museums sector. She has also taken on several Practice Group Secretary roles across the firm, developing a broad understanding of the search process and client needs, and began her career at Saxton Bampfylde as a Researcher when she joined in 2023.

Bianca is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful appointments that shape organisations and expand access to leadership roles. She holds a master’s degree in Global Health and Development.
