Rosanna has worked in executive search in the art world since 2009. As consultant in the Arts, Culture and Creative industries Practice she advises on board level and executive appointments internationally.
Rosanna is Trustee and Chair of Development Committee for Hospital Rooms, an arts and mental health charity working with acclaimed artists such as Anish Kapoor, Sonia Boyce and Hurvin Anderson, to bring extraordinary art and creativity to NHS mental health hospitals. She is also a mentor through OnBoard, a programme which supports talented and capable individuals from underrepresented and non-traditional backgrounds to enhance their board-level competencies and confidence through training, mentoring, and exposure to board opportunities. Rosanna studied Art History and Visual Studies at Manchester University and grew up in rural North Yorkshire.
