Siân Brown Consultant

With over a decade of experience at the most senior levels of executive search, Siân advises leaders on Board and Executive Committee appointments, as well as a broad range of functional roles across major private, public, and non-profit organisations. A key member of the Board Practice, she also has expertise in conducting Board Effectiveness Reviews.

Since joining Saxton Bampfylde in 2018, Siân has built her career at the firm, beginning as part of the consulting team before spending a year as Chief of Staff to the Executive Chair. She brought with her experience from a global search firm, where she was a member of the CEO & Board Practice in London, specialising in main Board and Executive appointments across consumer and retail, industry, technology, and financial services. She holds an MA (Hons) in History of Art from the University of St Andrews.
