We are now looking to appoint a dynamic individual as our next Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost. They will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership for academic planning and delivery and for leading and coordinating key University-wide strategic and transformational projects. The post-holder will line-manage the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education and Student Experience), the three Pro Vice-Chancellor/Deans of Faculty, and the Chief Information Officer, and be responsible for the ongoing co-ordination of their work including ensuring alignment between academic and financial objectives. The appointee will deputise for the Vice-Chancellor when necessary, and work closely with, and be a key member of, the Senior Management Team (SMT) contributing to  the strategic direction and development of the University as a whole.
