Eugenia Gonzalez Consultant, Head of Higher Education Practice

Eugenia leads our Higher Education practice and has thirteen years of experience in executive search as an HE specialist. She works across the higher education and research and innovation ecosystems and has advised on numerous Vice-Chancellor and other senior academic and professional services leadership appointments as well as Chair and board appointments.

She also works extensively in the research and innovation space, working with universities to bridge their expertise with government, industry and society. Eugenia sits on the Panorama Higher Education committee. Before moving into executive search she was a Lecturer at Birkbeck, University of London.

She has a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University and a PhD from Ohio State University. In addition to the UK, she has lived in Argentina, Italy, Nigeria, Switzerland and the United States.
