Rhianna Connolly Consultant

Rhianna is a Consultant in our firm’s Higher Education Practice, supporting senior academic, professional services and board appointments across the sector. She joined the firm in 2018 as a Researcher, later becoming Co-Head of Research, before moving into the Government & Regulation Practice as an Associate Consultant. She now brings that experience into the Higher Education Practice, where she focuses her work.

Her six-month secondment with the firm’s Panorama partners in New Delhi broadened her perspective on global leadership and the different challenges organisations navigate internationally.

Beyond her client work, Rhianna plays an active role in the firm’s community. She currently sits on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, has previously served on the internal Board of Trustees, and has been an OnBoard Mentor supporting aspiring non-executive leaders. Externally, she is Chair of Trustees at Growing Hope King’s Cross, a charity providing free therapy for children with additional needs.

She holds a BSc (International) in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
