Brett Anderson Consultant

Brett is a Consultant working across the firm’s Healthcare and Higher Education Practices, supporting senior executive and non-executive appointments for organisations operating in complex, mission-driven environments across the public and academic sectors. Her work focuses on helping clients identify leaders able to navigate institutional complexity while advancing organisational purpose and long-term impact.

Alongside her client work, Brett brings experience of working with organisations where research, public service, and societal impact intersect. Having spent over a decade supporting leadership appointments across healthcare and higher education, she works closely with boards and senior teams to shape leadership roles and ensure appointments align with the strategic direction and values of each organisation.

Prior to joining Saxton Bampfylde, Brett worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Aberdeen, where she supported academic research projects. She holds an MA in International Relations and an MSc in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh. Her academic background reflects a longstanding interest in global systems, sustainability, and the role institutions play in addressing complex societal challenges.
