Our Project coordinators ensure seamless management of every stage of an assignment. They build a close relationship with our clients and candidates from the initial stages of a search process right through to the end.
Researchers are responsible for identifying and developing the candidates we work with. It is fast-paced project based work, done primarily through direct contact with potential candidates and sources. Researchers also support wider business development activities through maintaining a broad, sector oriented knowledge base.
Our Consultants have the insight into what happens at the top of organisations and at the leading edge of markets - and the ability to grow a respected sector practice around these. They work between sectors and within hierarchies, between clarity and ambiguity, between detail and the big picture. They have a strong professional ethic and the capacity to analyse strategy.
Community - Giving something back
We're passionate about the communities in which we live, work, and play and Partners across our organisation are encouraged to contribute more widely to the community.
For example, each employee has the opportunity to spend half a day each month on extra charitable work outside of the business. partners have helped refugees with preparing for job interviews and writing CVs, and helped schoolchildren with special needs with reading and writing. Between us we have also run marathons, walked walking races, and participated in charity cycling events. In addition, every year the organisation collectively decides on a small number of charities to donate a proportion of our profits towards.
Raised over £12,000 for charity in the last 12 months
