Rhys O’Connell-Davies Project Manager, Health Practice

Rhys is Project Manager for Saxton Bampfylde’s Healthcare Practice, supporting the delivery of senior leadership appointments across the NHS, regulators, and a range of health and life sciences organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

He joined the firm in 2017 and has worked on more than 200 executive and non-executive searches. In his current role, he helps ensure the healthcare practice runs efficiently and delivers a smooth, well-organised experience for clients and candidates. Alongside his project work, Rhys leads AI and innovation initiatives for the Project Coordinator team and has served as a Trustee since being elected by colleagues in 2025.
