Georgina Holmes has spent over 17 years in executive search, specialising in senior leadership and governance appointments across independent schools, MATs, non-profit organisations and sector bodies.

She has worked with leading schools in the UK and internationally, including Wellington College, Sherborne, The King’s School Canterbury, Ecolint and Shawnigan Lake School, appointing leaders who strengthen governance and leave a lasting mark on the institutions they serve.

Before joining Saxton Bampfylde, Georgina spent four years at Nurole, focused exclusively on board-level appointments in the education sector, working with clients including Beachborough, Ambition Institute and The Seckford Foundation.

She is a member of Council at Ardingly College, bringing first-hand governance experience to her search practice.
