Nick Ricketts Consultant

Nick joined Saxton Bampfylde’s Social Impact practice in 2025, bringing an extensive background in executive search, specialising in senior appointments for leading global development organisations. He has been instrumental in shaping leadership across a broad array of purpose-led organisations.

Nick advises on chief executive, board, and senior corporate function appointments, for clients in development finance, global health, and foundations. His breadth of experience also extends to supporting charities, social policy institutions, and the public sector, demonstrating his versatile capability in navigating complex organisational landscapes.

In addition to his professional achievements, Nick spent six years as a professional actor. Nick earned his M.A. (Cantab) in geography from King’s College, University of Cambridge.
