Luckley House School appoints new Head

Mrs Claire Gilding-Brant has been appointed as the new Head

Lucky House School has announced that Mrs Claire Gilding-Brant has been appointed as the new Head with immediate effect. Mrs Gilding-Brant brings extensive experience and expertise to this role, having served in senior leadership positions at Luckley for over a decade.

Most recently, she has been Interim Head, following her tenure as Senior Deputy Head, where she led on pastoral excellence, safeguarding, and strategic development. Her career spans operational management, pupil progress, and change management, underpinned by academic research in leadership and behaviour oversight.

Claire is also an ISI Team Inspector and holds an MA in Education from the University of Reading. She is currently pursuing doctoral research in educational leadership, focusing on peer influence in implementing behaviour policies. In addition to her work at Luckley, Mrs Gilding-Brant serves as a Governor of a leading Prep School in Windsor, further demonstrating her commitment to shaping outstanding educational experiences.
