Thrive at Five’s mission is to help children in their early years develop strong foundations for life and learning, with a particular focus on communities impacted by poverty. Their place-based model supports positive development from pregnancy to age five. As they prepared to launch their programme in Scotland, we were delighted to support the appointment of Eleanor Passmore to this pivotal role. Eleanor brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as Deputy Director for Early Learning and Childcare at the Scottish Government.
