Welcoming Georgina Holmes as Consultant to our Schools’ Practice

We are very pleased to welcome Georgina Holmes to our Schools’ team.

Georgina brings seventeen years’ experience in executive search, mostly spent on the appointments that shape how independent schools are governed and led. She has worked with Wellington College, Sherborne, The King’s School Canterbury, alongside international schools including Ecolint and Shawnigan Lake, helping each find leaders who strengthen governance and secure the long-term health of the schools they lead.

Before joining Saxton Bampfylde, Georgina focused entirely on board level education appointments, working with clients including Beachborough, Ambition Institute and The Seckford Foundation. She also sits on Council at Ardingly College, so her understanding of governance extends beyond search practice into direct board-level experience.
