Corrie Cowlard Consultant

Corrie is a Consultant, working across the firm’s Government, Regulation and Public Services practices. She advises boards and senior leaders on some of the most complex leadership appointments in the UK public sector, helping organisations identify leaders who can navigate scrutiny, deliver transformation and build trust with the public.

Corrie has more than fifteen years’ experience in executive search in the UK and the United States. Before joining Saxton Bampfylde she worked in both global and boutique firms in London and New York, developing expertise across regulated industries and mission-driven organisations. Her work focuses on senior executive and board appointments for government departments, regulators and public bodies, often at moments of significant organisational change.

Corrie is a mentor for the OnBoard programme, which supports individuals from non-traditional backgrounds on their journey to board roles. Outside work she is usually found with her three children spending time outdoors in Scotland.
