Katie Miller Associate Consultant

Katie is an Associate Consultant in our Public Services & Regulation practice. She brings experience across the full executive search process, from market mapping and candidate assessment through to appointment, with a particular focus on leadership roles in organisations delivering public and social impact.

Before joining Saxton Bampfylde, Katie spent five years in executive search in Australia, specialising in senior appointments across the higher education, public and not-for-profit sectors. During this time, she progressed from Associate to Principal and later led a research team, developing expertise in leadership assessment, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of board and executive appointments. She now brings this experience to her work supporting clients across the public services and regulation landscape.

Katie holds a first-class honours degree from the University of Sydney in Government and International Relations, and also studied Art History.
