Bromley Healthcare appoints Lorraine Mattis as Chief Executive

Bromley Healthcare has appointed Lorraine Mattis as new Chief Executive, following the planned retirement of current Chief Executive, Jacqui Scott.

We are pleased to have supported Bromley Healthcare in the appointment of Lorraine Mattis as its new Chief Executive.

Lorraine brings more than two decades of senior leadership across community, primary and urgent care, with a particular track record in service transformation, improving access and tackling health inequalities.

She joins from London Central and West, where she has served as Executive Director of Operations and Board Member, and brings with her the kind of experience that is both practically grounded and genuinely values-led. She succeeds Jacqui Scott, who retires later this year after more than a decade of thoughtful stewardship, leaving the organisation in strong shape for what comes next. Lorraine joins on 8 June 2026.
