Empowering the next generation of board leaders

EPOC partnership event 2025

Last Thursday evening, we hosted an event that perfectly embodied our mission of ‘changing the world through changing leaders’. As proud members and sponsors of EPOC Network (Empowering People of Colour), we’ve been working to increase racial diversity on boards across all sectors. Our recent partnership involved pairing EPOC members with our consultants for CV advice and mentoring sessions – and Thursday’s event brought everyone together to celebrate this work.

We were honoured to have our Non-Executive Director, Lord Dr Michael Hastings CBE, share insights from his distinguished board career, offering invaluable guidance to those embarking on their own board journeys. What struck us most was witnessing the tangible impact of this partnership.These individuals will become the chairs and leaders of tomorrow’s boards and represent the diverse leadership that organisations need.

This is what a purposeful partnership looks like – creating meaningful change that extends far beyond our immediate network and into the broader business community.
