Paradigm Housing Group is seeking to appoint a new Chair who shares our passion for delivering high quality homes and services to those who need them. The Chair will provide leadership to the Board and establish a constructive working relationship with our Chief Executive and wider executive team to deliver the vision and values of Paradigm.

The Chair will be highly strategic and will focus on effective governance and development of the Board, ensuring long term viability and sustainability of the organisation. In line with our values, candidates will be ambitious and willing to challenge and support us as we look to grow and develop as an organisation. They will embrace our approach to working with others in and around the sector to make a positive difference in our communities and will welcome opportunities for innovation.

The Board welcomes expressions of interest from individuals who understand good governance and have experience as a Board member in an organisation of a similar scale, ideally chairing a Board or Committee. Additionally, the ability and vision to lead and represent the organisation, giving a clear sense of strategic direction and the need to create and sustain strong partnerships will be important in this role.
