The Guinness Partnership

Customer Committee Members

Job Reference XBWDA
Closing Date Friday 05 Dec 2025

Want to help shape the future of Guinness? Join our Customer Committee

We’re looking for Guinness residents to join our Customer Committee – a group with real influence to challenge how we work and push for improvements.

As a Committee Member, you’ll:

  • Review how well our services are working
  • Help highlight when they’re not good enough
  • Make sure residents’ voices drive real improvements at the very top of our organisation

This isn’t about ticking boxes – we need residents who will hold us accountable and help make things better for everyone.

Your experience of living in our homes is what matters most. We’re not looking for housing experts – we’re looking for residents who care about their community.

Customer Committee Members are paid a fee of £7,500 a year plus expenses.

Committee Members need to allow about 8 hours a month of time for reading Committee papers carefully before Committee meetings, attending meetings and occasional visits to Guinness communities, and communicating with colleagues at other times as required.

There are usually six meetings a year and they generally start at 12noon and finish at 3pm on a Friday and are held in London.

We believe that great ideas and the best business solutions come from bringing together a wide range of perspectives, and that by harnessing diverse viewpoints and talents we will do more for our residents and the communities we work in. We warmly encourage applications from people with the broadest possible range of backgrounds and perspectives.

Your voice matters. Get in touch to find out more.
