Modern Slavery Statement 2025
Saxton Bampfylde is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity. We recognise that modern slavery (including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking) is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to acting transparently and responsibly in all business dealings. We have policies and processes in place to prevent modern slavery within our operations and supply chains, and we expect the same high standards from our suppliers and partners.
Our business operates primarily in the UK and our supply chain consists mainly of professional service providers (e.g. IT, facilities, professional advisors). We consider the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations to be low, but we remain vigilant and proactive in managing potential risks.
We carry out annual risk assessments and supplier due diligence, include anti-slavery clauses in contracts, and provide training to employees to help them recognise and report concerns. Any issues can be reported confidentially through our whistleblowing procedure, and we take all reports seriously.
This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Saxton Bampfylde’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30 September 2026.
Signed,
Jonathan Morgan,
Director and Deputy Chair
