Aliyah Lightbourne

Aliyah is HR & Finance Assistant at Saxton Bampfylde and joined the firm in 2024. She plays a key role in supporting both human resources and financial operations, managing administrative processes and ensuring efficient workflow across these critical business functions. As a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Aliyah helps champion key D&I initiatives, from coordinating awareness events, to identifying training opportunities on inclusion matters.
