Sarah Thomas

Sarah Thomas has been with Saxton Bampfylde since 2014 and leads its people function. Sarah’s role involves working with the Board to move our people strategy forward and also leads our Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining Saxton Bampfylde Sarah worked in HR roles bilingually, in English and French, within the hospitality, charity, education and export sectors both in the UK and in France. Outside of the firm, Sarah works with jobseekers to help them to prepare applications and interview techniques to secure roles. Sarah has a BA in Psychology and French from the University of Wales, Swansea.
