RSPCA
Director of Finance & Business Services
Help shape the future of one of the most well-known charities.
As the RSPCA’s Director of Finance & Business Services, you’ll ensure every pound, system and decision strengthens our purpose to create a better world for every animal.
For over 200 years, the RSPCA has rescued, protected and advocated for animals, driving major improvements in welfare and inspiring millions to take action. As we embark on an ambitious new strategy, we must ensure our resources, systems and governance are strong, sustainable and future-focused.
We are now seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the charity’s long-term financial sustainability and oversee a broad portfolio including Finance, IT, Legal & Legacy Income Management, Procurement and Estates. You will provide strategic financial insight, continuing the modernisation of our systems and processes, safeguarding charitable funds, and ensuring robust governance and compliance across all areas. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and executive colleagues, offering clear, evidence-based advice that informs key decisions.
You will bring senior financial leadership experience in a complex organisation, most likely as a CFO, a recognised accountancy qualification, excellent judgement, and a collaborative, values-driven approach. Above all, you will share our commitment to protecting animals and strengthening an organisation with a profound national impact.
If you are inspired by the opportunity to help shape the future of the RSPCA, we would love to hear from you.
