The General Pharmaceutical Council is committed to promoting equality, valuing diversity and being a fair and inclusive health profession regulator and organisation. This EDI monitoring form provides us with useful information for monitoring and reporting purposes and will be strictly confidential in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Access to this anonymised information will be restricted to GPhC staff involved in the processing and monitoring of EDI data for Council Members.
