We are now looking for a strategic, visionary, new CEO who is passionate about social justice and has proven experience of leading complex organisations at scale. You will have the experience to quickly grasp the issues affecting service delivery within the public services and/or charities context, including compliance and regulatory issues, technological developments and the winning and running of large, complex, multi-year contracts for services. You will have a track record of empowerment and of developing strong, diverse, values led and inclusive organisational cultures and as a visible advocate for our mission, you will be comfortable engaging with our stakeholders and wider audiences to further our mission.
