Our Trustees are responsible for agreeing the strategic direction of NFER, ensuring that we deliver our charitable aims, and that we have a positive impact on education and the children and young people it serves.

We are seeking to appoint committed and engaged Trustees to help us deliver our mission. Applicants should have a strong interest in the contribution that research and assessment can make in improving the effectiveness of education. The key qualities we are looking for are the ability to operate at a strategic level, offer key insights and provide constructive and supportive challenge to help grow the Foundation and help us think in creative and innovative ways. Recent experience and expertise are sought from senior leaders in the areas of finance/commercial, trust/school/college leadership, legal, communications and PR, and technology.
