Stepney All Saints CofE Secondary School, an Outstanding school in the heart of Tower Hamlets, is seeking two Governors to join its governing body. We are a high performing, high achieving, inclusive school that is proud of the diverse community we serve. As the school continues to inspire and educate over 1,500 pupils, it requires passionate individuals who can help shape its strategic direction and uphold the commitment to excellence.

With the support of The Portal Trust, the School is embarking on exciting plans to refurbish its site, making one of these positions ideal for someone with property/real estate expertise. The second role is broader. We are looking for individuals from diverse professional backgrounds who share the School’s values and vision. These voluntary positions offer a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a thriving school community and make a lasting impact on education in East London. These governor roles will be appointed by The Portal Trust, complementing a vibrant and active Board.

Governors meet in person four times a year at the School. In addition, all our governors are members of a sub committee that meet once a term online.
