RCP is an expert UK car park operator with over 100+ combined years’ experience in managing car parks. A family owned and run business; RCP has grown from strong but humble beginnings thirty years ago to become one of the most trusted national operators. Today the business manages 60 national sites and employs 40 staff. Taking advantage of their private ownership, RCP are agile and fast-paced with a core values-set that is people focussed and friendly. With many long-serving staff, providing outstanding customer service is ingrained in the business’s core beliefs.

With ambitious plans to continue their strong growth trajectory, RCP would now like to appoint a CFO. As a key member of the executive team, the successful candidate will collaborate with the family Directors to develop the commercial strategy and provide financial leadership for the business.

Candidates will be experienced finance leaders, with a track record of developing a finance team and contributing more widely to business success. They will understand how to secure financing and develop commercial opportunities, with experience likely to have been gained in other fast-growing, multi-site and people-driven organisations. The strongest candidates will be able to demonstrate an appetite and interest in supporting RCP as it grows and evolves. They will be comfortable operating in a family-led business and understand how to balance commercial growth in a highly values-driven and collegiate context. They will bring high emotional intelligence and impactful leadership, and possess strong stakeholder management skills, enabling them to work effectively with our staff and to build valuable, external relationships with key clients and suppliers. Previous experience within the sector is not a requirement.

RCP would like the new CFO to be regularly based onsite at their HQ in Norwich, with the ability to travel nationally, as required.
