At this exciting juncture, we are looking for an innovative and inspirational Chief Technology Officer to lead the Technology & Digital teams to the next level. Reporting to the CEO, you will contribute to the overall strategy, representing technology, digital and engineering on the Executive Leadership Team. You will lead by example, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across the business, building our tech and digital environment to drive business growth, and accelerating the development of our future products and services and innovate at pace.

The successful candidate will have a strong affinity with CMI’s charitable mission and purpose. Our next CTO will bring senior technology and digital leadership experience, with a track record of innovation application of solutions to solve business challenges. Able to build and develop dynamic teams, you will be credible working with technology partners, and contributing strategically as part of our executive team.
