We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director of Services to oversee our customer service function and the delivery of our end-point assessment services. The successful candidate will play a leading role in unifying customer service across CMI, enhancing the quality and efficiency of service delivery processes, contributing to our business improvement programme, and ensuring high-quality delivery of CMI’s end-point assessment services for apprenticeships.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in managing service delivery operations, potentially in an organisation which has scaled significantly, and a knowledge of accreditation processes, quality assurance frameworks, and end-point assessment. With a strong affinity with our charitable mission and vision, you will have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery and quality.
