Rhys O’Connell-Davies

Rhys joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2017 as a Project Coordinator, focusing initially on the cross-sector leadership services practice. Since 2020, he has worked within the healthcare and public sector practices, handling the logistical and administrative elements of more than 200 search processes and helping to ensure candidates and clients feel supported throughout each appointment. Prior to joining Saxton Bampfylde, Rhys held a variety of coordination and administrative roles in various public and private sector organisations.

Rhys has been a member of Saxton Bampfylde’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and, in 2025, Rhys was elected by colleagues to serve as a Trustee, championing our culture and values, and representing the collective interests of all employees.
