Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT)
Headteacher, St Wulfram’s National Church of England Primary School
St Wulfram’s National Church of England Primary School is an historic and thriving school at the heart of the market town of Grantham. Rooted in Christian foundations and guided by our motto “Show first in deeds all that is good and holy,” the school offers a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued.
Following a period of change and necessary development, we are seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead the next stage of St Wulfram’s journey. Building on the school’s recent successes, the successful candidate will provide the vision, leadership, and drive to strengthen teaching and learning, raise aspirations, and inspire the whole school community.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a school that is hugely ambitious for its pupils. We are looking for a leader who can continue to excellent work already in place and position St Wulfram’s as a school of choice within Grantham. You will be a strategic thinker, an outstanding communicator, a visible presence across the school and be committed to ensuring every child flourishes both academically and personally.
St Wulfram’s is proud to be part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) – a family of 21 Church of England schools across Greater Lincolnshire. LAAT believes that every child, colleague, and school has intrinsic value and deserves the very best opportunities to grow and succeed. As a Headteacher within the Trust, you will benefit from a culture of collaboration, professional development, and wellbeing support, as well as access to specialist expertise and support across the Trust. We are open to hearing from candidates who can start at Easter or in September 2026 and we will support you with a relocation allowance as necessary.
