At Affinity Trust, our 2,200 staff provide support to 970 people in England and Scotland with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill-health, physical disabilities and other complex needs to live great lives as independently as possible.

We are now looking for a People Director to join our Executive team, to support the delivery of our organisational strategy, drive workforce and organisational development and a high-performing, open, transparent and inclusive culture, which celebrates the diversity of our people.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a track record of leading an effective, efficient and inclusive people function at Board or Executive level in an organisation of relevant scale. Experience of the social care sector would be advantageous. You will bring experience of leading the recruitment, retention and development of staff, an inclusive culture, organisational development, employee relations and HR administration. You will be a collegiate, team player with a belief in our mission and the importance of our people to the lives of the people we support and to the success of the organisation.
