About this role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of Programmes will deliver a set of integrated programmes of activities which are informed by evidence and focused on impact. Leading a highly motivated and effective team, you will ensure programmes are coordinated across the organisation through a matrix approach. As a member of the Executive Team, you will also contribute to corporate leadership and management of the organisation.
About you
The successful candidate will bring a senior-level track record of designing, managing and delivering large programmes with impact. Candidates will bring outstanding leadership skills and experience of working within a matrix environment. You will have exceptional programme management skills and the abilities to build partnerships with a range of stakeholders, able to demonstrate a commitment to our vision, mission and values.
