Intellego is a new venture which intends to become a leading force in the UK schools sector.
Backed by private investors, and with a leading school as its education partner, its business model will be to create a significant central support function for schools. Most of these schools will be owned by Intellego, which intends to pursue a rapid acquisition strategy, but some will be supported through a service agreement. Intellego is now seeking to recruit its first CEO. The role represents an extraordinary and genuinely unique opportunity to establish and lead a significant new venture within the schools sector.
The CEO will lead Intellego as it establishes itself as an organisation, builds itself through acquisitions and service agreements, and raises further finance. Whilst this is a hands-on role, the CEO will also be responsible, alongside and supported by the two founders, for long-term decision-making together with strategic oversight of the organisation.
Candidates should bring experience of leading a successful and fast-growing organisation, ideally in a service-led business to consumer environment. Candidates will have an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset, experience of finance raising, as well as a genuine interest in education and education outcomes.
