The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be joining the Land Title and Survey Authority at an exciting time of growth and development, and will leverage the organization’s outstanding reputation, services, and platforms to enable new opportunities while maintaining the highest level of integrity in all the LTSA and LandSure do. Reporting to the Board of Directors and working closely with multiple partners and user groups, the CEO is responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the organization and effectively optimizing resources to achieve the LTSA’s objectives and performance requirements. The CEO will provide leadership to a high performing executive team and a staff group located across four offices in Victoria, Kamloops, and Greater Vancouver, and will continue to promote a culture of innovation, entrepreneurialism and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced senior executive who has demonstrated success in leading a complex, innovative organization that has a multi-stakeholder environment. An engaged leader recognized for their diplomacy and integrity, the President & CEO will bring a track record of establishing solid relationships with customers, stakeholder groups, and government. They will take an entrepreneurial approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities for growth and improvement, possess the business acumen to ensure the long-term viability and sustainability of the LTSA, and have the integrity and credibility to lead a high performing executive team. On top of this, the incumbent will be accustomed to working with a Board of Directors, developing business strategies, executing on a vision, ensuring profitable business operations, and identifying business opportunities to advance the mandate of the organization.
