Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is the leading maritime charity for youth development and lifelong learning. We inspire thousands of young people to achieve their potential through challenge and nautical adventure underpinned by the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy. We also enable current and future seafarers and maritime professionals to realise their potential through learning and self-development.

Our work has a transformational impact on both individuals and the communities in which they live and work, positively affecting their life chances and benefiting their communities and society as a whole. Sea Cadets impacts more than 14,000 young people across the UK.

MSSC are now looking to attract new Trustee Committee Members, as we continue to grow and develop our offering for young people and seafarers through the implementation of our five year vision and strategy.

Equity, diversity, and inclusion really matters to us, so we can best serve our beneficiaries from every community.
